At Airbase we take our role as guardian of data privacy and security very seriously.
Our policies and procedures with regard to data handling, management and security are reviewed regularly, and we aim to lead the way in the adoption and development of best practice.
Services we provide are offered in compliance with relevant legislation, including data protection laws and where applicable the UK and EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the US Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM) and the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA).
Where we act as Data Processor on behalf of our clients, our work is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
